1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The refund request is made within 3 days of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Custom-made or personalized uniforms.
- Used, washed, or altered items.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or promotions.
- Accessories like socks, ties, belts, caps, or badges due to hygiene reasons.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Email us at support@uniformnation.com or call +91 63644 04303 within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
- If approved, we will get the product picked up from the delivery location.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days.
4. Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer).
- If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed as store credit or bank transfer (bank details required).
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the refund is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If returning for personal reasons (e.g., size issue, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee (INR 100/-)
6. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you may return the product for a refund and place a new order.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, check with your bank or payment provider.
