Refund Policy

At Uniform Nation, we strive to provide high-quality uniforms and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The refund request is made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized uniforms.
  • Used, washed, or altered items.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales or promotions.
  • Accessories like socks, ties, belts, caps, or badges due to hygiene reasons.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@uniformnation.com or call +91 63644 04303 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
  4. If approved, you may be asked to return the item to our warehouse.
  5. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer).
  • If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed as store credit or bank transfer (bank details required).

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the refund is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If returning for personal reasons (e.g., size issue, change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee (INR 100/-)

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, you may return the product for a refund and place a new order.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, check with your bank or payment provider.
  • If you still haven’t received it, contact us at support@uniformnation.com.
